  • BUMPKO is an affinity network for new and expectant parents providing access to FREE brand discounts for bump, baby and beyond. Currently only available in England.

  • BUMPKO works on a verification model.
    You can create an account with your personal details following your booking in appointment with your midwife/after your 12 week scan.

    In order to verify as a BUMPKO member, you have to meet the following criteria:

    • You must be pregnant or have had a baby within the last year OR be the pregnancy partner of the main verified member
    • You must reside in England.

    BUMPKO will verify your details and approve or decline your membership. The main member is able to nominate a partner to be verified alongside their membership.

  • BUMPKO works similarly to a student discount platform. We will verify your details on a database, then approve or decline your membership.

    Once membership is approved, you will be sent a welcome email with your login details. Once verified and logged in, you will have FREE access to all brand discounts. Spend away!

  • BUMPKO works on a verification model. Unfortunately, our unique verification model only covers England, but we’re currently looking into verification methods for Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

  • We understand that not everyone has a traditional 2.4 family.

    BUMPKO aims to be inclusive to everyone whilst still maintaining a verification model. By allowing the main member to nominate a pregnancy partner, we can use our verification system to authenticate the mum/your pregnancy carrier, but also open up our discount platform to nominated pregnancy partners. This means that BUMPKO is inclusive of and welcoming to; mums, dads, partners and surrogate parents.

    As explained above, the main member is able to nominate a pregnancy partner to be verified alongside their membership when they initially join. 

  • We understand that not everyone has a traditional 2.4 family. This is why we created the option for the main verified member to nominate a pregnancy partner to access our awesome discounts.

  • Unlike other discount platforms which don’t work on verification models, BUMPKO strives to be the best in the business. Working on a verification model means brands can be assured they are only giving out discounts to verified users who are either pregnant or have had a baby within the past year. Without a tested verification system, brands would basically be giving discount codes out to their entire audience. This provides brands and members with exclusivity.

  • We are currently looking into verification systems in Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Unfortunately, our verification system currently only covers England. Watch this space, that’s all we can say for now.

  • 24-48hrs. We will aim to verify you as quickly as possible, however during exceptionally busy periods, please allow up to 48hrs.

  • Check your spam folder in the first instance. After you have input your ‘join’ details, you will get a membership pending email. 24-48hrs later, you will either get a membership approved or a membership declined email with further information.

    If 48hrs have passed, feel free to get ‘In contact’ with us.

  • Instructions on how to redeem our codes will always be written underneath each individual brand offer.

    You will always need to be logged in.

    For the majority of our brands, you simply click the code which will redirect you to the brands website. Paste the code in the brands checkout basket when asked for a voucher or coupon code. Any variations from this method will be clearly highlighted.

  • Please check the T&C’s of the individual offer in the first instance to ensure the discount is valid on your purchase. If you still encounter a problem, then please do let us know asap so we can get it fixed.

  • Passwords and personal details can be changed by visiting ‘My account’ and updating your details.

  • It could be that you need to reset your password. Please try resetting your password from your account. If this doesn’t work, please contact us.

  • Don’t want to hear from us? No problem. If you wish to opt out of emails and marketing please click ‘unsubscribe’ on an email you have received from us or contact us to let us know via email you wish to no longer receive BUMPKO communications.

  • Please get in touch. Once you have completed the contact form, we will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours.
